Problems with McAfee Enterprise 8.7i: "

patch error 5004 mcafee enterprise virus

Apparently when you upgrade from version 8.5 to Enterprise 8.7i, it may be that real-time scanning antivirus NOT work:

EventViewer register with the event id 5004:

Apparently this would be solved by applying the patch 1 for VirusScan Enterprise 8.7i, I did and solved

So I leave the patch for those who have the same problem, or simply want to update the antivirus:
